1. Is Vios Fertility Institute now Kindbody? What does that mean for me?

Yes, Vios announced a merger with Kindbody, a similar women-led company driven by a mission and vision to revolutionize fertility care. Individual patient care will not be impacted. Read more and stay up-to-date at

2. What will the first steps of my fertility journey look like?

The New Patient Call Center will schedule your New Patient Consult with one of our Vios physicians. Please have your insurance information (and your partner’s, if applicable) available when you call.

Your Verification of Benefits will be uploaded to your patient portal at least 24 hours before your New Patient Consult. During your New Patient Consult, you will speak with your Patient Experience Navigator to discuss the fertility process, communication expectations, and schedule your diagnostic appointments (Baseline, SIS, and Follow Up Appointment). 24 to 48 hours after your Follow Up Appointment, you will be contacted by your financial navigator with fees for your specific treatment plan.

3. How do I successfully communicate with the VIOS staff members?

Sending a portal message is the best way to reach all VIOS staff members.

In the case of an emergency, such as bleeding, cramping, or bloating, please call your local clinic.

4. How do I get into my patient portal?

If the above link doesn’t work, you can click the blue box in the top right hand corner of the screen labeled “Patient Portal Login” from the homepage.

If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot Password”. A link to reset your password will be sent to your personal email address.

5. When can I expect to receive a response from VIOS staff members in regards to my portal message(s)?

Your portal messages are very important to us and the VIOS staff works diligently to answer all portal messages within 24-48 hours.

6. What insurance carriers are VIOS in-network with?

VIOS accepts all major insurance carriers! See a list of our most common insurance partners here. A Verification of Benefits will be conducted and sent to you upon scheduling your New Patient Appointment.

7. What if I don’t have insurance?

Vios partners with likeminded companies to help your dreams of building a family come true. You can learn about these financing partners here.

8. Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, we offer an online payment option here.

9. Does VIOS provide outside monitoring?

Yes, we do! We need will need some information from you referring physician, so please call your local clinic to speak with a Patient Coordinator and they will guide you through this process.

10. What if I have questions regarding my medications?

If you have questions or are not sure how to administer them, sign up for our MedTeach & Mocktails happening every Monday!

11. Do you recommend any vitamins for patients?

In most cases, we encourage patients to supplement a nutritious diet with vitamins to enhance their fertility health. You can read more about the positive affects of vitamins here. We offer supplements in the Kindbody shop here.

12. How do I view VIOS IVF success rates?

Visit SART: Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. From there, Select “IVF Success”, then Search VIOS Fertility. Choose your local clinic location and VOILA!
